C&K Realty is a boutique brokerage with one specialty: waterfront living in Cape Coral. The name is simply us — Charline and Kevin. We're small on purpose, so the person who answers your first question is the same one who walks the seawall with you and is still around after closing.
How two Belgians ended up on Cape Coral's canals
We came to Florida from Belgium with a background in European property sales and vacation-rental management. Cape Coral's 400+ miles of Gulf-access and freshwater canals got us the way they get most people who first see them from the water, so we built our life and our work here. Charline holds the Florida broker's license (BK3512348) and founded C&K Realty; together we also run Stars Vacation Rentals, managing waterfront homes for owners across the Cape.
Two companies, one roof
Most people who want a home on the water eventually ask the same question: could it help pay for itself? Because we also run Stars Vacation Rentals, we can answer honestly and then actually do it: furnishing, licensing, guests, and management handled in-house. Buying, selling, and renting stop being three vendors and a handoff; it's one team that's accountable for the numbers we gave you.
We'd rather talk a client out of the wrong canal than sell them the right price on the wrong home.
What we believe
That the water is the whole point, and not all "waterfront" is equal. That an honest rental projection beats an impressive one, and an honest listing price beats a flattering one. That a buyer's market is leverage for buyers and a reason for sellers to price sharply, and that our job is to use the market for you, not against you. The best marketing we can do is to be the people who told you the truth about a home's seawall, its bridge clearance, and its real minutes to open water.
